Refund policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days to receive your item for return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items not requested for return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and get it right.

Exceptional/non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your particular project, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sales items or gift cards.
