Our products are dispatched to all over the world. The following options are available in most countries. They can send the jewelry to the destination. But the delivery time is not steady. (Note: Our shipping department does not operate on public holidays or irresistible force.)

1. How long I can get my package?

Shipping cost is cheaper and the speed is faster than you think. Generally, the delivery time is about 3~5 days. When you confirm the order, which will pass Quality Control and Packing in 3 days.

Once we prepare your goods, we inform you of the total amount and shipping cost by email. Then you can pay for it. After we receive your payment, we will send out your parcel on the same day, except on weekends or holidays. On the second day, we will send tracking No.to you.

2. Which shipping method do you support?

We send the goods to you through express. We have a lot of express options. They are DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, China EMS, Hongkong Post, Singapore Post, and so on.

Usually, if the weight is less than 2kg. We choose the Hong Kong Registered Package or Singapore Registered Post for you. Because the shipping cost is a little cheaper. The delivery time is about 7~15 days.

You can also choose any express according to your request. For example: DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT. The delivery time is around 3~5 days. They are fast and the shipping cost is a little higher. With regard to China EMS, Hongkong Post, and Singapore Post, the delivery time is 7~15 days.
